Lending Library

The Old Brooklyn CDC is proud to offer the Old Brooklyn Connected Lending Library!  Through this innovative program, residents can “Try it before they buy it” with three different wireless antennas or CPE’s.  Simply fill out the application, provide the CASH deposit, and you will have a 1 week trial to see if the device can improve your signal. The deposit is fully refundable as long as devices returned in good, working condition during the 1 week trial period.

The devices available are:

• Ubiquiti WiFiStation – $ 40 deposit – This device is a powerful USB wireless N antenna ideal for single device homes

• Ubiquiti NanoStation Loco M2 – $80 deposit – This device is the most powerful antenna offered, and runs over an ethernet cable.  This device is recommended for multiple device households and those experiencing connection difficulties
