Tri-C Women in Transition Program

We would like to introduce you to a day program available to women free of charge!
The Women in Transition Program at Cuyahoga Community College is in its 34nd year of
providing information and referrals to women who are in a transitional time in their lives.

We believe that it is through higher education and/or re-training, that possibilities are
endless. Our non-credit eight-week session will take the participants through a period of
transition and empower them to move into a better place of self-sufficiency. Our
curriculum is based on Personal Development, Career Exploration, Computer Class,
Workshops and Support groups. This helps women develop confidence, build self-
esteem, identify marketable skills, explore interests, research options for careers and job
training, and examine Tri-C educational options. Our classes meet 3 days a week between
the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00p.m on all 3 campuses.

Our Summer Solution Workshop Series will begin June 27, 2012 and every Wednesday
thereafter until August 8th, 2012. No session on July 4 th, 2012 (holiday).
