Computer Training
An integral part of getting residents of Old Brooklyn & Brooklyn Centre connected was our partnership with Cleveland Housing Network and their Connect Your Community program.
From September 2010 through December 2012, OneCommunity’s Connect Your Community (CYC) Project provided free broadband training, low-cost equipment, support, and affordable Internet for low-income residents of Northeast Ohio, including right here in Old Brooklyn.
Due to the end of grant funding the program is no longer available, but other free computer training classes may be available in neighboring communities.
Connect Ohio has computer training classes at nearby branches of the Cuyahoga County Public Library in Brooklyn and Parma. For more information, contact the library branches directly:
