Renovated Homes for Sale

The Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation purchases, rehabs and sells houses within the service area. These homes are completely renovated inside and out, offering a tremendous value for both prospective homeowners and the community.

In addition to OBCDC rehabbing homes, we will also be turning over homes through a specialized development partnership agreement to qualified contractors who will commit to renovating and reselling the homes provided. The basic guidelines for that agreement can be reviewed here [pdf]

If you are a licensed and bonded residential contractor and want further information on this program, please contact Robyn Sandys  or Jayme Lucas-Bukszar or call
